Lenova Tab Plus Review
In today tech world, we find a combine feature tablet that combines ultimate features with a sleek design. Recently, we review a 11.5 inch device. Below, I will share my review experience along with detailed insights into the tablet design, build quality and performance.
Unboxing Experience
The package included a Type-C cable & 45W charger with a few user manuals and a SIM ejector tool. Interestingly, the ejector tool is specifically for microSD cards as in this tablet does not support SIM cards. The initial impression of the tablet is quite impressive with a solid build that gives a laptop like feel due to its metal body. This is very to find in this price segment.
Design and Build Quality
It feels strong and solid, reminding a old premium laptops with metal backs. Its not just the metal build- the design complex are noteworthy. The tablet features a unique thickness being thicker on one side and slimmer on the other. which comes with a built stand. This stand is quite solid allowing user to use this tablet at various angles. Its perfect for video calls, meetings or even binge-watching movies.
Audio and Display
The audio setup of this tablet is impressive comes with JBL tuned eight-speaker setup including tweeters and subwoofers. a feature not commonly found in this segment. The sound quality is high offering loud, crisp and clear audio with robust bass and well-defined mids for watching Movies & Web Series. This makes it an excellent choice for media consumption without the need for external speakers & it comes with 3.5 mm jack.
The tablet comes with 11.5-inch LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate. which provides smooth and responsive visuals. While the display is simple offering a good viewing experience & it falls slightly short in brightness at 500 nits. which might pose challenges in direct sunlight. Nevertheless, the screen large size and decent resolution make it suitable for reading Ebooks ,Playing games and Audio -Video consumption.
Performance and Battery Life
This Tablet Powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 processor (6nm) and equipped with 8GB of RAM and 128GB & 256GB of storage. This tablet delivers a solid performance. The user interface is smooth with no noticeable lag or delays during usage. Gaming performance is also satisfactory . Its Runs Popular Games a smoothly at medium to high settings. The LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.1 storage contribute to its fast and responsive performance.
Battery life is another strong suit of this tablet. Its Comes with an 8600mAh battery, it can run easily last two days under light usage and runs upto 10 hours of continuous video playback. The 45W fast charging support ensures that the tablet can be quickly charged & minimizing downtime.
Camera Capabilities
Cameras are often overlooked in tablets. but this device offers a simple setup. It features 8MP cameras both on the front and back. The rear camera takes good-quality photos, capturing sufficient detail and dynamic range. Making it suitable for casual photography and document scanning. The front camera is equal providing clear selfies and video calls. which is important for online meetings and virtual interactions with Friends and Family.
Software and User Interface
The tablet runs on the latest version of Android 14 with a clean and light user interface. While it comes with a few pre-installed apps. We can easily uninstalled. offering a clutter-free experience. One notable feature is the inclusion of various ambient sounds for background noise and enhancing relaxation or focus during work or free activities.
