For Tech User 

Firstly Go to Your Settings 

> Open About Phone 

> Tap 5-6 Times on OS Version ( Popup Enable ) Stop when Pop Up Show no need you are already developer 

> Back to main Setting Menu 

> Go to Additional Settings 

> Scroll Down and tap to Developer Option 

> Scroll Down and Find Window Animation Scale 

> Select Window Animation Scale x5

> Select Trasition Animation Scale x5

> Select Animation Duration Scale x5

& All Set
